Since 1982, Project Horizon has served victims of domestic, dating, and sexual violence. What began as the vision of a small group of women around a kitchen table has grown into a 24-hour agency serving Rockbridge county. From working directly with victims and survivors to providing education and prevention programs to schools and community organizations, Project Horizon remains dedicated to reducing domestic, dating, and sexual violence.
